Just spent a day "dialoguing" with them. The debate began with my challenge:
For the love of America, what the fuck are you doing supporting this most corrupt of all administrations ever?! Seriously! Can any of you who consider yourselves intelligent, thoughtful, independent-minded patriots (!) look me in the eye and tell me with a straight face that the self-appointed boy king is better for the nation and the world than anyone--anything!--in the world? What is your reasoning? Why are you allowing what youy love to call a "republic" sink into despotism? Please!
After 135 posts, this is how they "resolved" it:
So worm, I have to tell you. I have to thank you for this interesting diversion in the afternoon. You have given me new appreciation as to why my cats are equally intrigued by "midnight milk-cap soccer".
I think I've given good answers to debunk your hyperbole that you've been spouting here today, and it's heartfelt to know that you think you really believe in the execrement that comes from your mouth. However, I think you should know when enough is enough and know that you've had your ass handed to you.
Just for the record, and for those playing at home, lets catch up on your feelings:
Bush is a liar. Bush took power from the government and is an illegal dictator. Everyone in US custody from the War on Terror is innocnet and should be released. You see Kerry as an enabler for Bush's policies. You see Bush as evil. You are going to vote for Kerry.
So you're going to vote for a man that you don't really support to, in your mind, reverse the travesty of misjustice that occoured in 2000. When hard pressed with a realistic scenario germane to whether or not people without blood on their hands should be detained without 100% evidence that they're bad guys; you don't have an answer.
Tell me this, can you provide to us a solid platform of Kerry's that will change the current practices in Cuba or other detention facilities? Until then, take pleasure that Kerry isn't planning on changing any of the practices that are going on today. So in essence, without further evidence I'm going to say that Kerry is supporting the Bush policy on the detainees, and torture.
How can you sleep at night?
I don't know how any one can! ;)
