to society and are canvassing.

Look, the Republicans must be pro-crime. If these ex-felons are jobless, then the only way they can survive is through theft and robbery. And also rent and food is free in prison. Therefore, they have a lot of incentive to re-offend.

Half of our unemployed are former convicts. 1 in 75 of Americans are in prision. 1 in 3 of black males in their 20s are under some criminal supervision and 1 in 8 of them are in prison.

Once ex-convicts are done with jail time but then employers don't offer them a job because of their past, what do you expect them to do? Republicans are contributing to recividism by pushing this racist and senseless policy. Therefore, I plan on defending the ex-felons' right to hold a job and I hope others would agree with me.

New America is about organized crime running the country.

5. Like in Florida, ex-felon's who paid their debt "to society" can't vote?

Where's the fairness? Our once great system was suppose to be based on if one makes a mistake, and one does their time, they should be welcomed back into our society, with all the benefits and even helped if possible, instead of be ostracized. How will this help them?

Who cares?

While the rich fuck up, get pardons or pay big bucks to beat the raps, then go on living merrily with every benefit, as if, so what I'm rich.

By JOHN NOLAN, Associated Press Writer

CINCINNATI - A former bookkeeper praised by President Bush (news - web sites) for turning around her life with help from a social-services agency still owes at least $300,000 to the company she was convicted of stealing from, according to court records and the business owner.

Susan Morin, owner of Gorman's Supply Inc. in suburban Cincinnati, said she was stunned to see Tami Jordan appear with Bush on television Monday. Morin's company had employed Jordan, 35, as a bookkeeper before she was convicted of theft and forgery in 2000. She was sentenced to three years in prison for having embezzled more than $300,000 from the company, according to court and prison records.
