Actually Feyetteville was one of the first places on the list.

That means Camp Lejeune and Ft Bragg, Seymore Johnson AFB, and Cherry Point MB.

11. I couldn't find it playing anywhere in my county. San Luis Obispo

Although they have a story on F 9/11, when I did the search for a theater function it came up empty. I do hope some theater will have a change of mind and decide to show it.
