He's actually really insane, isn't he? Everyone says he's not dumb, so that leaves out the alternative option that he's just an ignorant ass. Unless they're just lying to make him look good (naaaah, US journalists wouldn't do that, would they? they certainly didn't do it for President Clinton...)
