Has Bush* and Cheney's income risen in the last three years?

They have to show tax returns so we should have a way to compare their revenues. Have they gone up. Are they worth more today than in November 2000? If so why? It would seem they would take a substantial pay cut by becoming government employees. Bush* gets $400,000/ a year and Cheney gets less. They both made considerably more in the private sector so their incomes should be considerable less.
