Would they sacrifice (assassinate) Bush to further their agenda?
In honor of Friday, I'm wearing my tinfoil hat (perhaps a bit too tightly) and a thought struck me: Bush is toast. As an incumbent, his approval ratings are in the basement, Iraq is a quagmire and fewer people think the invasion was a good idea with each passing day.

He's damaged goods — even more so than before — and I'm sure they see they are in serious trouble. After Moore's movie penetrates the minds of those who have been fed way too many lies, he won't stand a chance.

I know we've talked about an October surprise terrorist attack, but would that really work? All that would demonstrate is that he can't keep us safe and protect us.

What if they took a different route and had him assassinated, or at least a credible attempt made on his life? Think what it did for Reagan. Where was he at before that happened?

Consider the Bush and friends connections in that case. Would Poppy and friends do that to poor little Georgie? Would it work?

I know this sounds crazy, but the past few years have been like living in some bizarre universe in a "Twilight Zone" episode.

So, could this even be a remote possibility or do I need to up my meds?

21. The Assassination of Paul Wellstone
http://www.startribune.com/stories/1752/

The Imperial family murdered him (more likely provided the security, airplane, and airport information to the Colombian Bushevik "contractors", who had alreday tried to do him in once in a more direct fashion which was thwarted) and which went curiously unreported in the "Liberal Media".

http://www.cannabisnews.com/news/thread7851.shtml

One thing I am as sure as an citizen of an Orwellian Tyranny can be, is that the Lefty patsy they set up didn't do it.

So, the Imperial Family's contractors missed him once, but Bushevik Amerikans (mysterious who went uninvestigated, uncaught and unpunished...go figure) dumped a planeload of pesticide on him.

http://www.cannabisnews.com/news/thread7837.shtml

The Busheviks LOVE sending their intimidation messages as much as their Spiritual Antecedents the Nazis did. The Busheviks can't be quite so open about it...yet.

If that was the Colombians working on their own, then I am Richard Nixon.

Isn't it funny how no "liberal media" "news" (and I use that term loosely) organizations reported on this.

there was a time when something like this hug omission would have shocked me.

Now I understand that Imperial Amerika is no different at heart than any other Totalitarian Nation with an Enslaved, Ignorant, Apathetic People. Such Orwellian omissions are simply par for the course in such a place.

Are they as low as his father's were in June of 1992, or as low as Carter's in June of 1980?

4. Nah, and don't look for any "sparkle" before the election
sparkle being the term that spooks use for acts of terror that a country commits on itself and then blames it on another country. CIA is mad, mad, MAD at dumbya, and if it's true an attack would help him (which i really don't believe---seems to have backfired in spain after all), they ain't doin' it.

Of course, his skull and bonz name IS Temporary, so yeah, maybe they will do in the poor bastard.

8. I said that months ago!
The is the "shiniest" theory I own right now. :)

After all, Bush is just a front man for the real President -- if he became too much of a liability and/or desperate measures were required on their part, the Cheney/Wolfie team would dump him like a sack of bricks.

A nice State funeral would rally the country around Cheney and the rest is history.

I think even an attempt -- especially if it were by a brown person -- would be just as effective.

Their philosophy is all about special prerogatives and protections for the privileged few.

They would, however, kill off any number of the "underclass" (that is, everybody else) --- they are doing it even today.

24. Because the government is trying to intimidate people.
Free speech is not so free anymore.

If Bush$Co gets four more years, I expect that they will get much more aggressive in suppressing opposition and will go after the registration data of DU and other opposition sites... If this doesn't happen before the election under some guise.

And they (SS, FIB, etc) will show up at your door or at your job or at your neighbors --- happened to a buddy of mine. Of course he is a hard man to find.

22. I dunno. I don't put anything past them, however,
eliminating Bush would take some Machiavellian planning, like having him kidnapped and beheaded by faux terrorists, or having him assassinated by a John Hinckley wacko, preferably a certifiably liberal wacko, but then I wouldn't want to put any ideas into their heads.

I don't think they would want to run with Cheney either.

The Reagan analogy doesn't fit. The attempt on hsi life was at the start of his Admin and not near the re-election.

27. Up the meds, boss
Bush is a puppet, and they're going to "find" Osama just before the election. There's where the conspiracy is. No matter who runs, the results would be similar - they've got a playbook.

If Bush were assassinated, I wouldn't be suspecting a Repug.

Also, watch for the media to spew forth some slobber about how great the economy is arounf election time. You're right to suspect a conspiracy, you just picked the wrong one, IMHO.

32. Biblical tinfoil time here
Prophecies in the Bible concerning the Antichrist indicate that halfway through his reign of terror, he will be "killed" by a fatal head wound, and in a counterfeit of Christ's ressurection, be brought back to life (with Satan himself indwelling the body, basically)

If Junior IS the Antichrist, the timing would be about right for this to take place. Of course then comes the bad news:

1) Obviously a 7 year reign means Kerry wouldn't be elected.

2) The second half of the Antichrist's reign will be 10 times worse than the first, due to Satan being in direct control, as opposed to indirect (through Cheney, perhaps?) the first half.

:tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat:

Now having said this, I personally believe Junior is way too fucking stupid to be the Antichrist. But the timing certainly is interesting....

I have a fundie co-worker who is seriously into Revelations and the "Christians" like Dobson and LaHaye. Then, I introduced her to this site:

It hasn't shaken her faith, but now she believes Bush *is* the anti-Christ.
