I think Bush lives in an alternate universe because his answers didn't fit reality.

He said that Saddam cut off hands of several people and the good people of the U.S. gave them new (artificial) hands. Well, that's fine. But what about all of the U.S. soldiers who now have new (artificial) hands and legs? And what about the U.S. soldiers who died? Not to mention the Iraqis.
