Its a great opportunity. This movie is going to scrape the scales from people's eyes. We can be there to help guide them to find out what they have been missing. Perhaps some of our more creative members can come up with some designs or something. Lets make the most of this!

4. Do so. We are going to the theatres with signs and we have slips

of paper with our big volunteer kick-off coming up July 1. We are going to festivals, street corners, etc. It is quite exhilarating.

Maybe a little too much -- an activist says she's handing out campaign contacts for the local effort, but everyone there already has it... :)

Funny thing about preaching to the converted: there are lots of converted.

However, my suspicion is that the proportion of fence sitters will increase after the first three days. It's downright tough to get a ticket now. If I were someone who didn't know squat about Moore or the film, looking at the lines stretching around the block, I'd be thinking about going next week.

I am thinking though that we need to connect people to an alternate information stream. Those that are going to be most shocked are those that are stuck on the mainstream medium for information. We need to let them know where to look to contact others (Think DU, Buzzflash, Bartcop, etc.
