5. BBV- Clean up voting
Keep in mind that if one candidate can't be easily "selected," damage control is the next step.

So the strategy is to maintain control of whatever branch of government you can.

Then.....wait.

Don't be fooled if "Anybody but Bush" prevails this year.

We won't really have gained true voting freedom until we have voter verified paper ballots, robust random auditing, and open source code.

All three are required for checks and balances of our electoral system.

Voter verified paper ballots- for 2004 and beyond.
