Funniest part in F911

for me it was when Michael Moore borrowed the ice cream truck in DC and used the truck's loud speaker to read the Patriot Act to the members of Congress. Hilarious!!

Both the "Britney" and "Can't get fooled again" segments come at a time of much tension... I felt such relief when they showed up, and that's what made those parts very, very funny to me. :-)

was just SOO disturbing! WHO the fuck does that? Stick a nasty old comb in your mouth? Eewwwww!

My funniest part was the congressman (I forget who) who claimed he had an 800 number to call. The subtitle read "Not true", then said "But he has a direct line -" and gave the number.

15. I keep changing my mind on what was the funniest.....

The audience laughed the hardest at the very end when Bush demolished the "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" quote. It was great, but since I've seen it before, it wasn't the funniest part for me.

For now, I'm voting for the clip on Bush claiming that he's doing a lot of work even though he's in Crawford but when asked what exactly he's doing, he stammered on and on about Karen Hughes coming over and discussing stuff.

For contrast, I think the most disturbing part of the movie (that did NOT involve dead people) was the creepy part when the young soldier starts to sing "the roof, the roof, the roof is on fire. we don't need no water let the mother fucker burn. burn mother fucker BURN." Did that part give you creepy chills too?

In general, I think the movie is supportive of troops but that's creepy and very upsetting.

As the film progressed, it was obvious that the soldiers were not naive anymore.

Here he is, middle aged, white bearded, comfortably sitting in a soft easy chair, smiling, with a few cookies on his chest, and another on his way to his mouth, obviously, from the look on his face, enjoying the comfort food of the cookies while at the meeting. This is the "terrorists" that was so threatenimg that it was necessary to have some police agent infiltrate this non threatening peace group to spy on their activities.

"Fool me once shame on you, fool, er, uhh, don't get fooled again." It was the PERFECT bookend to his intro. and the theft of the election, which then leads to the rest of the film. It was both funny and a warning. Literally, coming out of chimpy's mouth, "Don't get fooled again." As if his face and the fact that he hold the office of the presidency isn't enough warning, we get to hear him say one last time, "Don't get fooled again."

The audience erupted in laughter and then in applause as the film ended on that note. Brilliant.

there were so many funny moments in the film. its difficult to pick just one.

but when the guy was talking about how easy it was to put this harness on while the girl was struggling with it and finally gave up, classic.

overall this movie was amazing. funny. serious. informative. tear jerking.

remember during the primaries when kerry brought up on stage the republican whose life kerry saved? that was the moment that sealed kerrys victory in my mind. watching moores movie, i was watching the scene of the grieving mother who breaks down in tears in DC and i thought that was another turning point. that lady may send kerry right into the white house. it was that powerful of a moment.
