What charity is Disney demanding a cut of F 9/11's profits go to?

Maybe I'm misreading this, but it seems Disney is requiring a portion of Fahrenheit 9/11's profits go to a mysterious charity. Does anyone know what that charity is? Does this seem odd to any of you?
