1/ Attention, there was an Anthrax attack here after 9-11. People died here. My post office was shut down for 2 years. Those in the news media who were attacked survived but eventually discovered the Anthrax came from the US army base Fort Dettrich.

After that a nearby pond was drained and the story and hunt for the perpetrators disappeared.


2/ We are calling for the President's head.

3/ Did Brocaw call Newt on his lies this morning?

let's all try to give the benefit of the doubt. there's a lot of rage around here - and I for one think it's quite appropriate to be enraged. sometimes it spills over and when we type this stuff it winds up sounding like it's addressed to the poster, not the effin asshole who said it on TV. I've done it myself - thus the 'edit' button often comes in handy..

The greatest thing about DU is that it led many of us to understand that WE WERE NOT ALONE IN OUR LOATHING. The media would have us think otherwise, watching Newt and that idiot Ifill.
