Dadcom says there a theatre in Asheville, NC is about to show F-911 (CALLS
Dadcom says that there is a local theatre that is about to start showing F-911 thanks to CALLS from locals in their local paper!

he is going to see it next week. says the theatre has had NUMEROUS 'requests' to show the film and they are going to put it up on TWO SCREENS starting next week thanks to the pressure.

:bounce:

he said he cannot WAIT to see it!!

:wow:

5. I hope to see it. I wonder if this is like the old 'Banned in Boston"
It seems like ages ago but it was sort of a joke. If you could get Boston to ban a book it would turn into a best seller. The more the 'Right' yell the better this things goes. This is the type flag that they really do need to wave. Telling us what we should see or not see.

2. That's good and encouraging news
More and more theaters are showing F-911 here on Long Island too, along with more screens at the multiplexes!

This is awesome!

I can't wait to read your thread, Matcom, on what your dad thought of the film. That is one post I do not want to miss!

3. TWO????

Wow, I'd expect one. But I think the candle has been lit. LOTS of theater owners are seeing the earnings potential. The almighty dollar rules even the hypocrite.

6. That means we have
three screens showing it. The Fine Arts started on the release date. Not bad for a relitively small city.
