Does anyone have Sirius Satellite Radio?
I'm looking to get it so I can listen to Sirius Left, Channel 145, i.e. America Radio... Is this service also available from XM Radio?

I was in the local Best Buy store asking about the two. The salesman was very pushy towards XM. Was downplaying Sirius to the point that it's more money per month and doesn't offer as much. He did say that they were going to go up with a third satellite. What that meant to him was that it was possible they were planning on expanding their channel line-up but he wasn't sure.

1. I chose Sirius over XM
Just because of Radio Left. Some of the programming is lukewarm liberal, and more entertainment shock-jock oriented than outright political. Still worth it.

2. Sirius Less Commercial
I think XM has much more advertising, so you get what you pay for.

4. Link to site that tells you more than you all you want to know (and more)
about Sirius.

http://www.siriusbackstage.com

If you can wait, occasional family and friends promotions allow you to obtain select radio/antenna packages at the cost of signing up for a year's service.

5. XM advertises on hate radio
Clear Channel owns about 7% of it
