I don't. I think he will continue to defy human rights advocates, keeping it as secret as possible, and daring anyone to stop him.
Who do you think will do it, John Ashcroft?

1. Lawyers for the detainees |
|
will be screaming bloody murder if they can't access their clients and the courts. That should keep shrubtail in check.

The basic rights of justice are being violated by these nazi-like squatters. Every bar and lawyer's guild in America will have to object if he continues to violate the constitutional guarantees enforced by the SCOTUS.

3. He really won and people haven't seen it. The SCOTUS said |
|
"the accused must be allowed to challenge the detainment" it did not set any timetable or provide any vehicle. The shrub can just delay and make up his own terms. He chooses the lawyers and the venue and also the standards to be used. In other words nothing has changed at all, the sheeple will think something has been decided and that they have some rights back when in fact nothing could be further from the truth.
