Perot to Run? Humanity to be saved?

Hey folks,
Heard a rumor that Perot was thinking about once again coming out to save america from another useless Bush by running again as a Moderate. Seems to me, if this happens Howard Dean is more than poised to win....and a lot of DLC folks will be looking to "re-align" their policy yet again (sorry Holy Joe).

Supposed article is in Salon on August 8th, but don't have access to the premium membership required...please enlighten if you can.
