Why does Jack(Hit and run) Cafferty still work at CNN?

Don't they have a morals clause in there contract? I have watched over the past few years this guy play the morality czar, bashing people for their mistakes and sometimes deservedly so. But when you are guilty of such a horrendous crime as hit and run, I think you lose your credibility to criticize others and you should be removed from TV. Oh and did I mention he is being sued for 10 million dollars for his crime.
