I think he'd a good VP candidate. Good personality, knowledgable on foreign policy and energy/infrastructure, first hispanic on a national ticket.
Does he have enough experience to complement Wesley Clark?

1. Yeah he would be a good candidate |
|
However, I think it will come down to him and Graham. And I think Graham may win.

4. I think if the nominee could get Richardson they would be wise to do so... |
|
Richardson is dripping with gravitas and experience. The fact that he is of latino decent doesn't hurt either. Old bushies would break out in dry heaves with a Clark/Richardson ticket.

3. he has too much Energy baggage. |
|
His team was given the bad news about the power grids in 1998, five years ago and did NOTHING. He can't speak believably about what needs to be done with that issue. And let's not bring up the thefts at Los Alamos.
