Give me your best guess...

I say never, because I don't think you can "win" a war like this. Plus, how would you know if you ever "won" it at all? All it would take to defeat that notion is one more terrorist attack.

But maybe there are some optimistic DUers out there.

You can't defeat a 'war on terror', with your own large-scale terror.
The Bush administration has absolutely no intention of winning this war anytime soon, as can be seen by the Iraq invasion--which obviously would do nothing but INFLAME the Arab world, and as we saw lately, has introduced terrorists into Iraq where they didn't seem to even exist before.

The war will not end, until either the BFEE's power base is destroyed, and the military-industrial complex's control over foreign policy is lessened.
