I'm a little embarrassed to say that I never considered that angle. :P

All this stuff is coming together. I've read reports debunking so many aspects of the WTC event. The more I read, the more misled it seems we were.

A friend of mine sent it to me. I mean, it's pretty glaring in retrospect - if I've gotten dropoff in my car and can't even get service inside my building at work...

3. Didn't they use the aircraft phones and not cell phones?

I know that the phones on the backs of airline seats work at altitude, even crossing the Pacifc to Hawaii. They are routed via other radio signals and are not dependent upon the same towers as cell phones.

At least, that's what I was under the impression actually happened.
