Whatever lie will work……..tell it.

That is the strategy of the rightwing. Since that night that “Tail gunner” Joe stood in front a receptive audience in Wheeling, West Virginia. Waving blank sheets of paper supposedly containing the names of twelve hundred known communist in the State Department the Republican Party has deceived, prevaricated, dissembled and out-right lied until the stench of mendacity permeates the entire body politic.

Nixon lied and lied again. “I’m no crook”, hell would not take someone with standards that low. Reagan lied and was caught out by his own henchman, David Stockman. It would be a hard task for anyone to find a truth teller amongst the conservative crowd.

They say, this and do that, and then deny they did what you saw them do. The current Bush ruler is the worst or the best. He tells the world he is just a good old’ boy from Texas. When the truth be told he spent more time East of the Mississippi than he ever did in Texas. He is the con man in the striped suit that is going to shill you out of your last dime. He is the high-pressure bible salesman who will steal the nickels off a dead man’s eyes. He is every pimply butted pasty face snob son-of-a-bitch’s bosses son that came down on the shop floor to drink cokes and then tells how he is one of the working class and all the while is stealing from the pension fund.

It is a wonderment that he is able to get away with it. There is not one working stiff in the whole of the U.S. of A that doesn’t see through that four-flusher’s two-bit phony act. In my opinion if we put the real goods out there for them, the working class will tear the house down putting that person in the White House and sending Phony George back to Kennybunkport.

Your right about putting somebody who's authentic on the Dem ticket. People just need something to get excited about. No more of this same ol' same ol' stuff. I think the hipocrisy and lies in politics are what have turned most people off to it. That's why most people stay home on election day. They just don't believe politicians. I was talking politics with an old man once and he said to never trust a politician. They all lie. I wonder how many people in this country have that attitude.
