But, curiously, I haven't heard ONE REPORT of presidential candidate John Kerry's speech there taking Bush to task on his poor military strategy and his dishonest betrayal of veterans. He spoke right before Rummy and Condi, yet, no network has shown fit to report on it. The only Dem candidate asked to speak at the VFW convention, and no coverage of his words.

That's somewhat shocking, I had no idea Kerry spoke at the VFW today, as you said they didn't even mention it in passing.

But really I shouldn't be shocked, that's the kind of fair and balanced reporting I've come to expect.

Rumsfeld was about as inspiring as a phonebook and Condi was about the same.

It really is the perfect example of the daily rightwing bias in our media. Kerry's speech should have been front and center today. Did anyone notice the service people in back of rummy? They did not look too happy to me to say the least.

She made one of those typical gung ho speeches and her big applause line just sat there with a smattering of handclaps.
