"Asking" Cheney to back away from an obviously heartfelt opinion, should NOT be the goal..

A proper poll question would have been:

"Do you think that Cheney went "over-the-line" with his comments, suggesting that voting for anyone but Bush-Cheney would invite terrorist attacks?"

Make the bastard OWN his hateful words.. This constant plea to "take it back" is so phony and just stupid..

Politicians at the level these people are at, never "mis-speak". They say what they MEAN and they mean what they SAY.. News people are always giving them an "out"..
