3. Maybe Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell got together to pray
that all heavily Democratic counties would be smoted (smited?) from the face of Florida...

4. A lady in Florida said this morning
Edited on Thu Sep-09-04 11:35 AM by Sequoia
she didn't care that Bush was down there, she would not vote for him. She was at her destroyed house trying to sort through stuff. They know, yea, they know.

9. So he punishes THEM?
The poor are hit harder than those who can afford good housing. Your logic stinks.

8. The Mother is not happy with the Bushes
After how much they have been ransacking and pillaging the environment, I'm somehow not surprised by this. Anger the Mother and She WILL hit back, and when She spanks you you'll be lucky if you have anything left to spank when she's done.

10. So "she" punishes
those in Florida? That makes no sense. If this were TRUE the "Mother" would hit thsoe responsible and not the innocent. Otherwise "she's" just a motherf*cker.

12. Disneyworld: Disney censored F9/11, God is angry
Disneyworld , orlando, seems to be in line for its third hit soon.

Disney would not distribute F 9/11. Disney tv network, abc, had many ads awhile back of videos showing animals killing animals. yuchhh. sick. ABC news recently got gory in its story on hostages.
I stopped viewing their news at that point.

God is mad at Disney, and Orlando seems to be in his Thoughts. LOL.

But i commisserate with the good floridians nearby.

Orbital Sunshade idea... google that term for CBS news with engineers details .. a page.. it would cool the earth and end all hurricanes forever. Nice! So good an idea, it is now ignored by the media. Notice how in the cool month of May, there are almost no hurricanes? Cool is the way to go. Global warming killed 35 000 in Europe last summer. Remember? It WILL go on to kill billions in the tropics. Surging refugees will lead to war in the US, trying to keep them out. Just like in the movie Day after Tomorrow, i think.

11. The real question
Since the rich/wealthy are better able to move, will they leave Florida behind, leaving the lower classes there to vote however they wish?

13. I have wondered --this is going to be #3?
Or can the government control the weather and they are demolishing Florida so the voting will be a mess come election day? Maybe they're experimenting? :tinfoilhat: :scared:

Will this bring an increase in construction/building and stimulate the economy for a false positive report?

It will also cost more money for FEMA, SBA, and unemployment, thus, raising federal debt and bankrupting us even more!?!? Is this an opportunity for practicing for martial law?

Sorry! Just my paranoid rambling...

14. No, Florida is a turd-shaped appendage made up mostly of drained swamps.
Nature decided to put it smack dab in the middle of the most common hurricane paths.

Most of Florida was never meant for humans to live in - without air conditioning it would be near impossible.

Jeb!® himself is the curse.

15. Not to diminish the harm to Florida, but hurricanes
impact other places, too, causing even greater damage and loss of life.

How is God feeling towards Grenada, or Jamaica, or the Turks and Caicos?

That some only count the Florida dead reminds me of the double standard regarding casualties in Iraq. That a thousand young Americans are needlessly dead is a tragedy, certainly, but how is it that tens of thousands of dead Iraqis can be invisible and uncounted?

17. Apparently, God is asking for a new talking point.
Cheney is saying a vote for Kerry will lead to another attack.

Some people say God must be saying anymore votes for a Bush will cause the destruction of Florida. God works in mysterious ways like that...
