Who else just LOVES the term "Whistle-Ass"
I think this is one of the greatest names for him EVER! I have no idea what it could mean, but doesn't that just sum up the man himself. Pointless.

8. There's another thread
that says "let's just get whistles and start blowing"..

blow the whistle on:

corporate corruption
lying to people of New York over EPA report
lying to the country about why we needed to invade Iraq
lying about the energy task force
lying about No Child left behind.

Blow the whistle on Dubya's lies....I really like that........it give's Sally's "whistle ass" a great context.

10. my take on it-
(which may or may not be anywhere close), is that whistling from your ass is taking something bad, negative, etc, and making it seem pleasant. A whistling ass is just farting with good PR
spewing obscenity and filth in pleasant pretty phrases. Fake. Phony. Etc.

in fact, "spewing obscenity and filth in pleasant pretty phrases" would make a GREAT new TM for FOX News! :-)

I got to "whistle ass" and he just started laughing, "Whistle ass? I love that!!!" I do, too. I don't know where it came from -- I suspect it's a local usage term -- but it's great. As is the whole idea of "in lieu of flowers, impeach the whistle ass."

23. you said:
"It ultimately refers to a "tight" person as in very frugal with their resourses. I've been laughing at the use of the term for many years but I've known a good number of people that would feel complimented, not insulted, by any reference to them as a "whistle ass". Yes, they would laugh at the remark but remain smug in their apparent image as a good business person. FWIW"
What gives?

25. Sorry for the misunderstanding, MisterP
What I meant was that after reconsideration and reflection I thought better of the use of the term. It still means the same thing in either context. In other words, they are so tight that they whistle out their ass when they fart. Meant to be derogatory but in the mind of a conservative would not be taken as such. Dig it?

still a whistle ass. Going cheap on education, LIHEAP, school lunches, Americorps, tax credits for single moms, the power grid, and whatever else, still a whistle ass.

And blowing hot air out his ass while he's destroying the country, STILL a whistle ass.

Either way we use it, it won't be flattering.

43. That's it, sandnsea
The pukes always go on the cheap when it comes to the people that work and support and defend this country. Their idea is that we are already spoiled, why should we have any more, thus the minimum wage that hasn't been increased in many years now. That minimum wage keeps all our wages down.

I got your suggestions the other week. Thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!!!

the term is extremely effective....use it whenever possible...it works really well while blowing whistles, because of the implication that what shrub does for America is nothing and that shrub blows it out his ass in his attempt to 'glorify' doing nothing....

to educate your ignorant butt about what it means and how it will not be taken as offensively or in the light that you think it might. And don't try to police me, amen1234. I'll take your critisism for what it's worth and advise you to take my work for what it's worth.

27. I don't like the term whistle-ass.
It is very unpleasant sounding. It makes me think
of a cartoon anus puckering up and whistling. It's
a disturbing thought. It also makes me think of the
wart that grew into a human head on the neck of the
man in that film about advertising in England. Also
it makes me think of commercials where cats and dogs
talk. All of these things are very unpleasant and
upseting.

eerie. If you were walking around shopping or something and
a ass came out of nowhere in front of you and you saw it
open up and whistle, it would ruin you'r' day, no matter who's
it is.

46. Yes I do not
not doubt it no. Garry Garcia, a good friend of mine, has
endorsed me bring with him the Dead Heads. The term
Dead Head is scary but good because it's natural part of life.
Whistle ass is not natural for most people. I have a friend
that I won't expose named George that can look you in the
face while he's having a conversation about being Secretary
of State or something and he will fart right while he's
talking and send the sound across the room so it sound
like somebody else is doing it. He pretend he never even
heard it if you go hey what was that. I think he twists one
buttock so the sound echos off his other buttock. I don't
know anybody that can make their anus or their buttocks
whistle. I know people who can make it sound like all
kinds of musical instruments when they pass gas -- trombones,
drums, tamburines -- but not any I'd call a whistle,
if you mean by that a very high-pitched noise like a
hugh C. Dead Head everybody will get one. You will
die and your head will fall off sooner or later. I will
tie all this into my tax policy somehow to jazz it up.

If anyone says I'm being disrespectful I tell them "yeah, I should have come up with something orignal, stealing it from you isn't so nice. But I thought it would prevent you from saying I was disrespectful since YOU used it for OUR president for 12 long years, through a depression, through a war. Paybacks a bitch."

Psychoblues99 says it's an old Southern term signifying that you're blowing smoke (from a teapot). That fits him as well as Bunnypants--they both signify an absence of true substance; of weakness disguised as arrogance.
