I used to post on another site that is open to anyone...but lately the political section has been taken over by abusive rethuglicans...they post anything and everything that has to do with slamming Kerry and Edwards. If a Democrat/liberal posts anything...you are attacked by a hoard of BushCO apologists and sheep...these people don't want to hear your opinions...they only want to bash us Democrats...all the while they say nothing in defense of Chimpy McShrub...it's all Kerry Bashing, all the time...

It's such a shame to because these boards used to be a place where people could discuss issues at an adult level...not now...if you are against BushCo...you are the enemy. Many good people that have posted there in the past(on both sides) are now gone because these assholes go on the attack...not only political attack mind you...but personal attacks as well...and the moderators take no action to personal attacks or threats that are made...

You are harassed by private message, you are harassed on the boards, there's one that I know of that lurks here...and has said that they would join up here just to harass me...I'm sure that this post right here will make it's way over to those boards courtesy of this jerk.

So I have decided not to even bother with these ignorant people anymore...they are not worth losing sleep over...they do not answer your direct questions, they don't listen to reason or facts, and logic as well as common sense is thrown out the window...

So DU is my home now...no more bullshit to put up with, no more meaningless arguments, no more being bullied for having an opinion...

So to a majority of them on that site(not all...but most)I say...Fuck You...have fun with your little circle jerk...!

The demise of common decency, common courtesy, and respect for the commons, (to say nothing of common sense), is most sad.

But what is really sad is that this is a deliberate act, a deliberate tactic... and a deliberate strategy.

Still, I wonder if they have learned the lessons of the true masters, like Genghis Khan.
