"Freedom" Means Support Bush, Or Else!

My 8 year old son and I were talking a walk last night, and noticed a sign on a window, a fewblocks from our home.

The sign said: "America! If You Value Your Freedoms, You Had Better Support Our President And The Troops, Or Get The HELL OUT of OUR COUNTRY!"

We had to walk on to the yard to read it, which made my son a little nervous, but I wanted him to see it and tell me what he thought.

Man, was I ever NOT disappointed in the boy!

We read it out loud, twice, because he seemed a little confused by the message. As we walked away, he said "I know I'm only 8, but even I know that doesn't make any sense."

I asked him to elaborate, he said "Well, its like saying 'We're partners, as long as you do what I say'. I thought freedom meant you were free, not that you had to think like someone else or leave."

I often wondered if I were just indoctrinating my kids into a certain political view, but I knew right there that my son was a free thinker. He may agree with his mom and dad, but he isn't a brainless parrot. He's only 8, but he has more sense than the adults who posted that ridiculous sign.

Teach your kids to think things through, its the best protection you can give them, and a down payment on their future freedoms.

2. Keep an eye on Your Local Brownshirts

They are probably already forming up into Nationlized Neighborhood Watch (which will give them authority and "a badge") and the Citizen Corps Councils (which is the alternate mode of government bypassing the Congress which the Busheviks are setting up so the Emperor can directly control the Provinces and Localities).

I don't know how long the Twilight of the Old Republic will last, but it won't last forever, that's for sure.

Be ready and don't be surprised like a Jew in 1938 Germany (which, metaphorically speaking, is quite analogous to where you live)

3. Citizen Corps Councils

I had never heard of such, but a quick searchon google lead me to this web site:

Seems fairly innocent, though (suggests we keep emergency supplies, check your exp date on meds, etc.). Does anyone know any differently?

were prophetic because that's all the People will have left if AWOL is in office for one more term.

Under Asscroft, we won't be free, we won't t have jobs, and we will have debt that will take decades to pay off under solid Democratic majority leadership.
