the U.K has finally lost all patience with America...
...I absolutely understand their frustration, but this (the last sentence) might be a wee bit much...

On November 2, the entire civilised world will be praying, praying Bush loses. And Sod's law dictates he'll probably win, thereby disproving the existence of God once and for all. The world will endure four more years of idiocy, arrogance and unwarranted bloodshed, with no benevolent deity to watch over and save us. John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald, John Hinckley Jr - where are you now that we need you?

3. ~~shiver~~
I heard there is a psychic predicting exactly that demise for the chimpy one.

Certainly not what we need! The sympathy vote would be a killer.

No pun intended. :)

5. They need to clean their own house first
>> On November 2, the entire civilised world will be praying, praying Bush loses.

Bush would be toast if Tony Blair had refused to join the Coalition of the Willing. And Bush would be toast if the British people had tossed Tony out on his ass for supporting the war in Iraq against the wishes of the majority of people in his country.

So I don't want to hear any Brits wringing their hands and lamenting about the re-election of Bush. They need to DO something on their side of the Atlantic.

6. Ever heard of Tecumseh's curse
He put a curse on the Presidency that every twenty years the president will die in office. It actually happened until Reagen lucked out. Reagen was elected in 1980, guess who was elected in 2000.

11. Did Ronald Reagan really beat Tecumseh's curse, Reagan did not...

...finish office a whole man. His Alzheimer disease was already showing early stages by his second term and the man had gone into seclusion by the early 1990's.

Tecumseh's Curse

by MJ Stephens
www.madjoy.biz

The Mountain Astrologer, June/July 2003.

Whoa! Good news from the Far Out: George W is History. I mean he’s outta here. No second term. Hey, he may not even finish his first.

Some say heart trouble, or maybe all that cocaine is finally going to catch up with him. Maybe he’ll catch some blowback from all that violence he so righteously propagates.

And we haven’t forgotten Tecumseh's Curse. That started in 1840 with the death of William Henry Harrison, our ninth president. During his military land-grabbing career, Harrison helped bring down Shawnee warrior Tecumseh's efforts to unite the original inhabitants of North America and halt the theft of their common land by the European invaders.

Tecumseh's brother, the prophet Tenskwatawa, is said to have cursed the US presidency, so that those elected every 20 summers, or winters, will not survive their terms in office. That’s: Harrison, 1840; Lincoln, 1860; Garfield, 1880; McKinley, 1900; Harding, 1920; Roosevelt, 1940; Kennedy, 1960.

This excludes Ronald Reagan, 1980. He was at least shot, but remember Nancy had her own astrologer tipping the odds, while the Unchristian Right claim they prayed Reagan out of this jam, and it wasn’t in fact modern medical science that saved him.

17. Maybe that wasn't the real Reagan who resumed presidential duties.

The real Reagan didn't play ball with the neo-con alien lizards.

7. Holy crap, does this Brit realize who was behind the "lone nut"...
...assassins of past American presidents? George Bush is a made man, no one touches or harms him. Only American voters can bring this president down by showing up in mass and voting for Kerry in a landslide.:kick:

As for shrub and his gang of thugs, Kerry and the democrats will have to show the balls to open congressional and independent investigations for their crimes and deceptions. But in ten days BushCo will be out and packing!

8. Not with America. With Bush and Blair.
Blair is in serious trouble, and Bush is thoroughly detested. We will see an instant change in attitude when Kerry is elected.

18. No way! His cyborg heart won't last much longer.
He'll be assimilated like many of the other first-wave invaders who cease to function up to par.

16. I was in Ireland last month and was spit on twice for being an american
Though I must say that when I wore my "Bush Dick good in bed bad in white house" shirt I was cheered all through temple bar district in dublin ,in waterford, kerry, cork and shannon. You mention bush over there and you can see people get instantly pissed off.I have been in europe before and never got that reaction. It deeply saddens me.It all has motivated me to work 10x harder to get Kerry elected.

19. What did you do to get spat on?
I've been around quite a bit and I have NEVER been spat upon for just being American. The only Americans that I've seen (in Europe and the Americas) get poor treatment were assholes who called it upon themselves (I'm not saying you are an ass).
