4. as things stand right now

I don't see a "revolution" in the sense that people take to the streets and topple the government.

Too many people are indifferent to the political scene and are woefully ignorant as to what is going on in this country and the world. on the news last night, it was reported that less 50% of registered Democratic voters were able to name at least one Dem candidate running for the presidential nomination. This is a sad state of affairs.

The closest thing to a revolution that I can see would be for the whistleass and his GOPers in Congress to be thrown out. Whether what replaces them would be better or worse remains to be seen.

next closest would be impeachment and removal of the Whistleass and Crashcart-Cheney. We would then be in a "holding" pattern until the next election..

6. I think we are in the mist of a social revolution right now.

I do not know when it will stop but soon we will find our society not as we knew it. I think we have a few very large things to think about. One the 'war' of religions Arab vs the "Christians" Both say they are right and doing it in Gods name. Two the mass of uneducated people who make up most(95%) of the world that want what we have. These people are not Christians and we are and get rich off them. If people do not see this as trouble I do not think they are looking at the world. The more "Chistians" run this power house the more the trouble bubbles to the top. A Christian country can not seem to be sending its army into the world to take over. One guy with a gun can not stop 100 without for long.On top of that we have China on the side lines watching it all and we are spending out selfs into the ground doing this as they get richer and stronger.It is a revolution I think.

I think that it is inevitable in the next twenty years. I am not saying that they will continue in this direction. There are many chances for things to change course. Americans will not tolerate blatant Fascism for long.

I mean, you're talking hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of deaths of common citizens. If it were to actually come to that, how many of you would have what it takes, both in the idea of killing your fellow man and in armaments? Not too many, I'd guess...

14. Already under way. Country has been polarized into Left and Right...

by the media, and to a degree, we ourselves have allowed this to happen. When meaningful discourse, compromise, negotiation and mutual respect go out the window, it's certain that bad trouble will follow.

I wish it weren't so, but I can't shake the feeling that there will be bloodshed sometime soon. Citizens of this country have become that intolerant of one another.

When the disenfranchised finally take to the streets in large numbers -- and it's my belief that they will, if things are allowed to continue on their current course -- we will have an extremely volatile situation on our hands.

None of this has to pass, however, if some changes can be made (starting with * OUT).
