rove's new product about to begin?
CBS news reporting bin laden is currently planning a massive new attack on America? Coincidence, as chimp is falling in approval polls and looking doubtful of election?

1. No coincidence!
You know it is best to trot out a new product after Labor Day!

2. Do you think
the masses will fall for this again? God, I truly hope not. These people are evil to the core.

12. Of course the masses will fall for it again!
If the masses weren't so easily fooled, then a grandson of a Nazi and son of a terrorist enabling drug smuggler would have never been on a major party Presidential ballot, let alone allowed to steal the office. :grr:

3. Chimp is falling in approval polls
I figure he may wait until closer to the CA election, but maybe not.
I really think he'll stoop to some sort of black op in a blue state to show he's 'tough on terrorism', though it could backfire. I'm hoping that saner heads in the White House realize this and stop it.

4. So what's it going to be?
Will it be an attack on home ground again, or something overseas and American?

5. Not certain, it was
mentioned at the lead up to the story, but then info about the planning of a "spectacular" attack was not spoke of. I'm looking for info now.

6. It's the Focused on Jobs

Softer, Kinder Dubya.

But it will be all too easy to show the
Dubya of the Unfunded Mandate. And with the proposed
new laws, Dubya shows the true face of compassionate neo-conservatism to Kenny Boy Lay. Bush is reaching out to the UN, building 'consensus' with China over N.K.. Yadda yadda yadda. Bush bribing New York with a lavish pre convention party, and a surprize gift to the city of a new world trade conplex, homland security stylee.

Bush will spend the fall talking up the economy. I predict this will be the apotheosis of the pie-hole effect.

7. They will force feed us their Energy Plan.
Notice the timing of the unexplained(?)blackout and the rising gas prices? It's all part of the plan.

First energy giveaways, then terror.

8. I think if they do that
Edited on Mon Sep-01-03 06:00 PM by realpolitik
They will drop like a stone.
That could be the thing that splits the Republican Party in half, or rather, in tatters.

Ohio/New York/Ontario already knows they are slated to be the next California, energy wise.

10. A new attack would only hurt Bush.
It would highlight the fact that the Iraq invasion has distracted us from the 'war on terror.' Fool me once... (we won't get fooled again.)

11. I find the timing curious, of
course it could just be another attempt to scare the public (as that is all they seem to be good at). Also find it odd that there is NO mention of this on their website or anywhere else, and I did hear it.

13. I heard on the radio
that is was going to be a biologic attack. Later on the news on TV I heard that there is now a better anthrax vaccine.

14. A person I trust...
has left California in anticipation of an attack.

Seattle, Chicago and Las Vegas are my top picks for "Terra" attacks.

15. I was going to say
I hope its not Chicago (Im from the area) but then I realized how horribly shallow that was.

But I think you are right. I figured an attack would occur in LA.

Didn't really consider Vegas. But it makes sense...

17. When are we....
going to start holding the media responsible for being a part of the nazi-like propaganda machine run by Rove and his evil compatriots? The media is as responsible as anyone for Bush and his poltical existence, and the continuation of his illegal and fascist regime.

Likewise, they also share equal blame for Iraq, our failing economy, and the Patriot Act, to name a very few. Name one issue the major media in this country HAS NOT supported Bush on, and in turn, screwed the people of this nation. They are guilty of treason and sedition, and we need to start telling them so, and demand accountability, and let them know, that upon Bush's "de-selection", they will be facing arrests, trials, and lawsuits, for their complicity!

This bullshit of playing into the regime's hands every time they come up with another phony warning, wholly unsupported by any evidence whatsoever, is doing nothing but terrorizing the country. Fact is, the media are terrorists as well, and are as nasty, and certainly more capable, than any hiding out in the caves of the Middle East right now.

I think the press should say, "Where's the evidence", every time the regime puts out one of these terror warnings. Of course, they will refuse to discuss the evidence, "due to national security". The media needs to call bullshit!

I am so sick of these media bastards. They are in collusion with the regime in an effort to destroy this nation, and we damned well need to start fighting them with all of the vigor we are fighting Bush with!

19. I agree. This time
it won't work. I think if it happens again, it will sink Bush's ship. For the reason that he has said so many times, that the world is more "peaceful" now, safer, democracy is on the way, etc etc. We've had this rhetoric bashed over our heads for a long time.

I think if you manipulate people, it's kind of like playing with a tiger's tail. You can do it up to a point, but if you go too far, you're toast.

I know Stan Goff is suspicious about 9/11, since it was so fortuitous for the Bush Inc group. Even if he doesn't come right out and say 'conspiracy', he leads the reader to wonder.

20. So is this why
W is running around the country focusing on the economy and fund raising? He did this before 9-11, when he ran around the country focusing on his education plan and pretending like he didn't have a care in the world. Feels like deja vu.
