If the WH has finished revising the ISG report he'll be touting winning the war on "terrah" and proof of the WMD "programs". Then a few insincere rah rah rah's for the heroes and families that he poisoned by allowing them to unknowingly breathe the soup of destruction. That's all he need to keep the Iraq-9/11-terrorism connection in the minds of Americans and keep the fear alive.

If not, he'll be SOL and divert to domestic issues.
