It may be that RichM's deleted missive o' love made that obvious; I wouldn't know, however, since I have him on Ignore. I just saw the poster mentioning RichM by name, in an apparently unflattering light. So I wanted to make sure he knew the context.

The Clark-Hate is palpable around DU lately. I know certain Clark supporters have turned others off, but I don't see many Clark supporters attacking other candidates with the same level of intensity. Maybe I just don't read that much of the threads out there, but the attacks certainly seem to be one way. Of course I see these mostly because I seek out Clark threads to see what's being said!

I guess I should have been more prepared for all the military-hate here but some of the intensity with which it's been carried out is really shocking to me. Some of it strikes me being nearly as bigoted as what I thought we were all organizing here against: Conservative Republicans.

I particularly love how people who have expressed completely ignorant, narrow-minded Clark-hate try to pass themselves off as somehow open-minded about a Clark candidacy, AFTER someone has already called them on their BS.

I don't trash other candidates, but I sure as hell defend Clark against the attacks of people who are not -- and likely will never be -- Clark supporters.
