What's the deal with the Howard Stern callers on C-Span?

I usually listen to WJ on C-Span as I surf the net and it seems every other day a caller gets through and asks stupid sex questions of the guests like "would you blow Howard Stern?" or "Howard Stern would love to have sex with you"..etc. I don't know if this is one person that is doing this or several HS fans.

...among Howard's fans to work his name into other call-in programs. They've been doing this for years and years. Part of the fun is to try to be subtle about it.

they do it on cable news channels also. howard plays them on his show usually too. also, the calls are done mostly be fans and not the howard stern show itself.
