Anyone listen to Rush today ?

His stand-in was talking about how the jobs market will pickup now that the economy has turned around. The callers weren't buying his shit. Then a disabled vet called in and talked about how Bush is taxing disabled vets. The call screeners must be on vacation with Rush. There seemed to be alot of anger being directed toward the * economy. I was overjoyed.

I salute those of us who have the stamina and fortitude to do so. I rather value my low blood pressure and would prefer to keep it that way.

Me too. Can't hardly stand it. But I make myself at least check in on what he's up to. Not only because 'The price of liberty is eternal vigilance,' but because HE DOES sway a lot of people. My son (an intelligent man and a lawyer) tells me not to pay attention to him. That nobody who really matters listens to Rush so his opinions do not resound in the halls or heads of the "opinion makers," but I counter that the last election, since it was so close, would have gone to Gore without Rush.

So I understand, but still try to check in and see what he's up to. I think it's important. (Not to tell anyone else what to do . .)
