13. heard Flash Ferenc this morning on his great,unique labor radio show in

Mostly because everybody is asking to see the video. No video means it cannot be verified, ergo, it is legend at best. Trotting out the video is the only way for this to become verified and if you've watched this issue on DU, you would know everybody has asked where the video is.

The request is valid enough,

My argument for the birth of an urban legend is based on the following sequence...

Supporting posters comes in after the posting in the 2nd thread that "Finan" (sp?) admits to being "had."

The implication being that what should have been a stake in the heart of this story didn't kill it.

Then, and this is what clinches it for me, a poster claims a second party knows a third party who claims that the tape exists.

That is the classic "I have a friend who knows the guy..."

And of course a desire for it to be true so strong as to allow suspension of rational thought...

Usually there is a death penalty awaiting any protester at a Bush event; therefore, I would like to know what was reported about protesters at his speech. Did they heckle him, etc.?? I know a lot of people were upset that a labor union would even give this slimebag a mike. Anyway, could you give me some details of what protected boy faced??

the reasons for this action, or what was said? Was the cameraman so close that he got sound?
