What caused DBD stock to dive 5 points on 1/ 27/03 on heavy volume?

GEMS 1.18.17 - Most of the files are dated 1/23/03, which is only days before the Diebold FTP site was "raided" by activists around 1/26/03 and for the next few days (hardly a serious "raid", as Diebold didn't put an FTP password up!).
