Breakdown of politics at my work

[vision]

I work for a decent sized company, it has in excess of 16,000 employees, but the store I work in is smaller and has 8-10 employees.
Taking how these 10 would or could vote is not scientific but I do think that it gives hope to Democrats.

Of course I intend to vote Dem.
Ron, a Vietnam vet leans towards Dem.
Jim, a WWII vet is a Dem.
Don, a vet also is a Dem.
Mark, a Gulf War vet who says he has voted Repub in the past is going to vote Dem this time.
Caroline is a Dem.

Scott, is an independant but is not happy with this adminstration so he could vote Dem.

Steve, is a Repub and even when shown that the Repubs are wrong will vote that way.
JR, a kid in his twenties will vote Repub.

Tom, also in his twenties is not likely to vote as it is uninteresting.

So my unscientific poll gives the Dems 60-70% of the vote.

In 2000 the above were:
four Dems
one Dem leaning
three Repubs
one an independant that could go either way
one that was indifferent

IMO it looks positive.

About 80 people, and I can count the Dems/leaning-Dems with just two hands. There are many hardcore right-wingers where I work, and for them every piece of shit that comes out *'s ass it's Christmas fucking Morning.

The number of people who think God whispers in *'s ear is astounding. Still, there are a few who are disgruntled with Frat Boy.

4. just be sure to drive all them dems to the polls.

sayin' they's dems ain't pullin' that lever.

there are a lot more democrats in this country than republicans, but the former dont vote as much as the latter.

this was the great failure in 2000, even though gore got 500,000 more votes, the dems did not get out their base voters like the gop did.

in 2000 i carried three car loads of dems to the polls, if you personally know potential dems ask them if they need a ride to the voting booth.

coordinate with the local democratic party and volunteer as a free taxi for people who cant drive.
