it's a real bastion of progressive thinkers. cheney will do well there.

i wouldn't feel quite as secure with my "bush lies" bumper sticker down there. though i think even there, the tide might be turning.

6. Fund raising....

he's done nothing else since he took office - I don't remember any other VP who has done absolutely nothing but fund raising his entire term - what's with that anyway? He just proves that maybe we don't even need a VP so let's do away with the damn job; starting with Cheney of course.

8. Come out to Uglyfest Sunday

If you're going to be in Roanoke this weekend. It's in Highland Park. You'll see it's not all redneck's here. I haven't had any problems with my Bush is a Punk-Ass Chump sticker but once in almost 9 months.

7. a gay man was shot in the 'noke a couple of years ago

and he was shot by a guy whose last name was "Gay," and i guess he finally lost it, went into one of the only gay bars in town, and opened fire.

but there was a good amount of support that came out of it.

and EVERYONE in roanoke should be out protesting.
