But Bush's speech on the economy Thursday is in Kansas City,
Thursday will mark his 13th visit to Missouri - a total exceeded only by Florida and Pennsylvania.
However, Missouri suffered a net loss of 93,000 jobs from March 2001, when the recession began, through May 2003.
