But it’s clearly not just the common folk and big business Clark is referring to: he’s bothered by the failure of the Democratic Party to vigorously and persistently challenge the Bush Administration across the board. with thinly veiled disdain, seasoned with dismay (as if to say “How’s this guy getting away with this?”). Several times over the course of the evening, Clark spoke emphatically of fighting to preserve our rights of privacy.
