He always drinks in foreign countries. For awhile we had lots of pix posted but I guess people got bored with it. Such as pix of him drinking with Vincente Fox and then acting like an ass.

I think people have to be very naive to believe that a person who is obviously drunk in an important live debate, as he was rambling, repeating himself, even DROOLING, on live television in the debates with Kerry...well, it is just very naive to believe that a person who couldn't show up sober for such an important appearance is sober at any time.

Wow. And even if it isn't wine he's drinking ... something tells me he really enjoyed the dinner. The soup had Jack Daniels in it. The main course had a wine-based sauce. And the dessert topping was "maple bourbon sauce".
