So, Does * know where he is?
They said at the Kansas City, MO speaking event, * commented on the $80 billion that 9/11 cost the US in productivity, jobs, etc. He said something like, "that's the equivalent of the sate budget of Kansas."

I wonder if he thought he was in Kansas? Or that KC MO is on Kansas.
