Zacharias Mousaui's trial, what the hell is taking so long?

Why is it every time I hear something about this guy it's not about him standing trial. How long is this going to take. I'm all for giving this ...person... due process but lets get on with it.

This war on terror has produced precious little insight into terrorism. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if this government drops its case sometime in the next 4-5 years.....his arrest and subsequent demonization will have served its purpose.
