Okay....I did it: Hit Matthews.....for "Whore Stuff!" Fineman is saying
Dean is great.......Matthews saying ........Kerry has to "come out." Matthews says we need "Home Runs" from thsese weak Dems( my interpretation) and Tony Blankley is rooting for Kerry.......Fineman says it's Howard Dean.....who will have the Dean at the end of the evening....but Matthews says who "has the tomahawk against Dean" who wins and gets the BIG PRESS......blogs tomorrow tomorrow a.m.

Matthews....going on with his Repug Whores.....and Dem says "Dean is the one to watch!" (paraphrase)

Blankley now says the guy who gets "counterpunched by Dean" is the lead tomorrow........."

Blankley says "Dean has inconsistencies....and they will go after him."

Fineman says: "Kerry went after Dean in NM today.....going after the "Middle Class Tax Cuts!

Fineman says this will all be about the "Economy."

The "Token Dem" says that focus, determined, is the one they will go against........"

War, Security,, Economy..........

The Conclusion: "It's the Dem who looks Presidential in his Suit........who wins the Debate........"

YUCK..........GROSS OUT..........WHY DID I WATCH THIS TRASH AND PIECE OF REPUG SPIN????????

WHY?

1. Sadly, thanks to the media, Luntz may be right.
Remember, Nixon looked decidedly unpresidential in '60. We all know what happened then.

Now, that being said, let's not forget that Bush* gets a pass on this criterion. All he has to do is 'show up.'

2. At least they're talking about it!
I've not heard the talking heads mention it once today, and I can bet it's not on tonight's evening news.

PBS??!!!

I mean, I love ya PBS, but dang, can't we get an NBC around here? CBS, ABC, UPN, WB??

Who's watching PBS on a Thursday night but us politicos and older folks (said as gently as possible)??

8. It gets even worse
The one nice thing, at least I thought, about it being on PBS is it would actually be on PBS in all markets. Fortunately I get two stations here so I will get to see a time delayed (by 1 hour) version of it. If I lived in PA instead of Ohio I wouldn't be seeing it at all.

6. I tried to do big "Surf" of media today....Seems CNBC/MSNBC/CNN were the
ones hyping the "Dem Debate." I only did a first ten minute scan of networks so maybe they announced that PBS would have the debate tonight......but it was the cables who seemed to be more on top of it.

My vote.....for wind up coverage tonight after debate? Probably Alan Murray of WSJ on CNBC.

I know.......whore stuff......but that's who I will probably turn to......He was against the war....and I know, it's whore NBC BE......but....that's where I will probably go........but I will surf.....if PBS uses Gwen Iffel.....to other outlets......maybe CNN........MSNBC....but I think I'll land at CNBC......

I hope we all together can cover the cables and networks to get "THE SPIN!"
