this is the most unique fund raising idea I've seen in a long time . . . various celebrities (146 at last count) have autographed desktop staplers and they're being sold to raise funds for each celebrity's favorite charity . . . they cost a hell of a lot more than non-autographed staplers, of course, but it's for a good cause (or, more specifically, causes) . . .

funniest entry? . . . Paris Hilton, who's asking a whopping $1,270 for her stapler! . . . talk about an inflated sense of self worth . . .
