During the coin flip, I practically whispered a tiny little "boo" when President Bush was introduced for the coin flip, really just as a joke for my friend. The two Navy vets in front of me didn't find it amusing. One turned and said, "I think you're at the wrong game." I said, "It's the Army-Navy game, right?" He said yes, so I said "I'm at the right place then." Then there was a little more back and forth about respect for the commander in chief and stuff. Though ultimately, I think the dude just wanted to toss me over the wall of the stadium. Good times.
As for the game, well, it was a rout which was not unexpected. And it was freezing there, which was a little unexpected. But it's still an amazing experience. I was in the third to last row, and I am still deaf from the fly-by. I think I could have reached up and touched the F-14s.
