Blaming the slightly clever tactic to circumvent the BushCo brick wall gets my applause.
Helping the soldiers articulate their concerns is hardly an ethical question.

There was nothing wrong with what occured, up until Rumsfeld opened his mouth.
One should remember that presidents have been known to plant questions at press conferences. (This second point was just mentioned on MSNBC)
