As you can guess, no matter what the polls or how much support the Democrats have, for some strange reason Republicans always win by a landslide.

Amway and Coors have a strong influence over the economy, or what's left of it anyway.

Bush also reinstated the Draft in July of 2005, to help fight in Iraq, it would soon become a Fundamentalist Theocracy that made Iran and Afghanistan look tame by comparison.

Speaking of Iran, we will go to war with it sometime during the middle of Bush's second term. Once again, the case will be WMD.

Also something may happen sometime during Bush's second term. It could be anything. And, Bush's excuse will be that he didn't have the 'intelligence' and foresight to tackle the problem.

4. What If The Chinese Stop Propping Up the US Dollar?

If the mainland Chinese banks currently investing in so much US debt stop buying those bonds, it is very likely that the US dollar will go into a tailspin and that at the very least we will have a major recession--or worse.

For any lurking Freepers, dittoheads, or Boortz bunnies out there, this isn't just a bunch of "liberals" talking. This unpleasant thought is raising very serious concerns among members of the banking and investment communities--hardly hotbeds of "socialistic" liberalism.

I very much feared the deficits that the Boosh regime and its Banana Republican supporters were creating. I thought that keping the US government solvent was a very good reason for even fiscal conservatives to vote against no. 43, but too many of those self-proclaimed "fiscal conservatives" seem to be less interested in the good of the country than in a short-term gain in what is likely to be a greatly deflated currency.

If the economy goes into a major recession, and if a bankrupt US government can't--or won't--guarantee the savings of tens of millions of trusting savers out there, they will join the ranks of the nouveau poor in a style all too familiar to anyone paying the least bit of attention to recent South American history.

I suspect that someone--either a revived Democratic Party or a ruthless, bloody-minded neo-fascist party--could take political control away from the discredited Republican Party, but the cost for the wreckage the GOPsters will leave as their legacy will be huge, as will be the cost for trying to fix it.
