IT NOT GIVEN TO HONOR SOMEONE!!!!!!! It is a made to the biggest newsmaker, for good or evil, of the year. Some previous MOTYs have been Hitler & other dictators. Once an entire generation was the MOTY. And once computers were MOTY.
