Under what circumstances would you vote FOR Bush?

What would "do it" for you?

1. Ten million dollars? (tax-exempt, of course)

2. The knowledge that a Bush victory in 2004 would ensure Hillary Clinton's running & winning in 2008?

3. Sex with Pam Anderson or Brad Pitt ... or both?

4. The threat of bodily harm* from Karl Rove and Arnold Schwarzenegger?

5. A request from Jesus himself (much like the one Bush got calling for the attack on Iraq)?

6. Other?

*or odor

Bushs GOOP America Slimed

And I think folks should remember that when looking at why our country is in the toilet now. Most folks will sell out their ethics for alot less than $10 million.

85. If that makes you feel better....
but not everyone is driven by a need for large amounts of cash....I have a life style that is comfortable and allows me to do things that are more important than pursuing consumption at all costs....

I don't need a hummer (car that is )

I don't need a 24 bedroom house on 1000 acres (unless buying it would save the undeveloped land portion from being turned into tennis courts by some freeper idiot...)

I just need enough money to be able to afford to get things fixed if they break, insure my family gets a decent education, healthcare, etc...and my current career allows for this....

So no...I would not vote for Bush under any circumstances....

An absolute, positive guarantee that exactly one week after his innauguration, he would show up plastered to a press conference, lose it totally, become a drunken, ranting, raving, lunatic, threaten reporters with boldily harm, piss himself and then fall over, crack open his skull and have to be rushed to the hospital, where he would live as a vegetable forever after.

Nah. On second thought, then Cheney would be president. No. Never Under no conditions at all. None ever.

If he picked Al Sharpton as his running mate, Kucinich as his Secretary of State, Sweeney as Labor Secretary, Reich as Education Secretary, Dean as Treasury Secretary, Edwards Attorney General, Ralph Nader to head the EPA, Max Cleland Secretary of Defense, Graham CIA director, Gephardt as commerce secretary, Jim Hightower for Agriculture Secretary, and pushed for Mike Malloy as chairman of the FCC.

He would also need to legalize stem cell research, repeal his taxcuts the patriot act and no child left behind, cut $100 billion out of invasion spending, and pass national healthcare. Then I would consider voting for him, but only if he made a pledge to resign on January 21. ;)

92. How About This??
Edited on Sun Sep-07-03 10:57 PM by uhhuh
I would vote for the chimp for the sheer fun of it IF:

1)He was constantly covered by a virulently hostile media.

2) REAL Democrats held a majority in the 80% range in both houses.

and 3) "Free speech zones" around his events would be eliminated.

Now THAT would be entertainment!!!!

Of course, under those circumstances, he would never get elected, but if he could be elected, I would do it for the few days he would be in office before resigning in disgrace.

oh, and 4) The ability for the president to sign executive orders or declare National emergencies is suspended, and he has no access to the button.

97. What if the economy turned around and
we had huge surpluses again and peace broke out in the middle east and Iraq became a democracy and ... that's a lot to do in just one year, but that's what Bush has if he's going to win.

It would take a miracle. It would require superhuman feats. It would require divine intervention! (Or at least judicial.)

111. Hey Nazgu135
I really like your answer because I feel the same way. My God...how much money do people really need?!?!?! I'm happy in my one bedroom apt. with my cat, a computer, a job I love, my health, my friends, and the ability to go to San Diego and Big Bear(from L.A. where I live) every now and then. I've never been turned on by "things." I swear to God, if a gun was held to my head I'd say "go ahead and shoot 'cause living in this country under his regime has been worse than I think even the most pessimestic of us could have POSSIBLY imagined. ..."give me liberty or give me death."

YCDTOTV I thought was some kind of cyber lingo. I didn't know it was a TV show. I've never even heard of it. It seems like Nick's show, the name of which I can't remember at the moment.

Thanks for clearing that up.
